This was a design-build project for Valbruna Canada Ltd., the Canadian branch for Valbruna Stainless Steel, a leader in global steel production. This building hosts the Canadian head office, manufacturing and supply steel products, and has over 1500 employees. The project involved the addition of 32,000 square feet of new office and warehouse space to enhance Valbruna’s existing offices and to meet the company’s growing needs, while providing for future expansion. To showcase and express the company’s commitment to producing high quality steel, steel panels were used in the design of the building’s exterior facade.
