This new industrial building, located between Leslie Street and Highway 404, south of Wellington Road in Aurora, Ontario provides more than 43,000 square feet of brand new business space in an area just north of Toronto that is growing with business. The building was designed with the existing landscape in mind and considering nearby buildings; it uses materials and designs that correspond to the community and the client’s needs at the same time, creating a new facility that is modern yet settled into its environment.
The project provides 18 units varying in size from 1700 sq ft to 3200 square feet. The units offer a clearing height of 22 feet and drive-in shipping door sizes, as well as Business Park Zoning.
