OPG Eastern Nuclear Training Centre

Located on Sandy Beach Road and Montgomery Park Road in Pickering, Ontario, the Eastern Nuclear Training Centre serves as an educational facility for the Ontario Power Generation, one of the largest power companies in North America. This project was completed in February 2003.

This project involved new construction in the form of a three-storey office addition, which involved a reworking of the existing site, and a West and South Skills addition that included new workshops, welding booths, computer rooms, and general office space, totalling 79,000 square.

A Fazel Architect was also responsible for the design of a new three-storey office building addition, and renovating a space of approximately 25,000 square feet to include machine fitting and rigging shops, as well as classrooms and office space.
